Westin needed to elevate their perception from a business-focused hotel to a more premium experience. We reframed Westin as a fully integrated well-being brand by highlighting the brand’s thoughtfully designed experience, showing that Westin is more than a bed, pool, or gym, but a coordinated approach to better travel.
